Qi Gong

A traditional Chinese self meditative practise that utilizes breathing and exercise therapy, Qi Gong is practised all over the world in numerous forms. ‘Qi’ stands for air and ‘Gong’ stands for skill or discipline meaning Qi Gong stands for ‘Breath skill’.


The self controlled breathing and slow graceful movements enhance the ‘Qi’ or energy circulation leading to improved overall health. It can be compared to Tai Chi, but is a different discipline, and has over 10,000 styles practiced in different methods. It is a metaphysical science that incorporates both a spiritual and healing science with positive health benefits for the practitioner.
