Counselling is a process of enhancing the psychological well being of an individual and helping them reach their full potential of achieving personal growth and development. The counsellor provides introspection in the individual thereby promoting the person to adapt better lifestyle practises. This increases development, personal growth and improves problem solving capabilities.


Counselling can be on a one to one basis or in a group, depending upon the issue. In a general counselling session, the counsellor will collect background information, identify the core issues, formulate the case, set a process for therapy and implement intervention for the specific issue.
