What therapies do you practice?
- Psychodynamic Counselling
What led you to do what you do?
I worked as a Volunteer for the Samaritans and wanted to continue supporting people in a more professional capacity, that is when I decided to do my full training and achieved a Master of Science in Psychodynamic Counselling. I have worked in private practice, the NHS, as a Student Counsellor (at the Royal College of Arts, London and for Regents University, London).
What’s the best thing about doing the work you do?
By forming a close, trusting relationship with my clients, amazing things can happen in the change process. I aim to support and guide my clients to look forward, look ahead towards the future and together we work on what needs to change in order to feel better.
