The Plant-Powered Kitchen

As a trained dancer I've always been interested in how the body works. In 2014, I discovered how integral health and food was to sustain a strong body and mind. My journey began at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London where I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist and Vegan Natural Chef. These studies, alongside 250 hours of clinical practice, together with the success I've had in restoring my own body from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), anaemia and chronic fatigue, have lead me to develop plant-based living programs to help my clients maintain a sustainable plant-based diet and conscious lifestyle.
