EFT is Emotional Freedom Techniques.
It is a combination of tapping on various points on the face and hands combined with affirmations that target any emotional or physical distress being felt at that time.
It sounds weird but works exceptionally well. The combination of tapping and targeted affirmations produces a calming effect and has been shown scientifically to bring the body out of a stressed state and back into a relaxed state.
As the relaxation effect occurs a brighter , more optimistic perspective can be found. Emotional problems and their physical effects fade away. New possibilities seem to open up and life can be transformed forever.
