Learn easy mindfulness techniques and find the calm within*
To help you through these challenging times we are running weekly online mindfulness sessions.
Each week we will practise easy techniques to help you manage stress, anxiety and emotions and to promote relaxation, healing and wellness.
Each week there will be 2 sessions and you can book and pay £5 a session as you go.
Classes will take place in zoom on:
- Mondays at 7:30pm
- Fridays at 11am
You will need to download the zoom app to your mobile or tablet or visit www.zoom.uk to access from a laptop or computer. Once you've booked a session we'll send you the access code and password for the zoom room. All you need to do is log in at the correct time. Jo will be there to welcome you.
You'll need somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down at home with a blanket and cushions to stay warm and toastie.
