Francesca is a Registered Nutritional Therapist & Health & Happiness Lifestyle Coach.

Francesca is yoga loving and strength training advocate and enthusiast. She is fully passionate about all things healthy eating and living but I am by no means a perfectionist or away with the health fairies. "Down to earth and real" is how her clients describe her approach.

After originally starting her professional life on broking and trading floors in the City she realised, after 7 years in it that she wasn’t meant for the corporate world. Francesca just knew she HAD to help people to feel great and BE the best versions of themselves. Her realisation was triggered by the health issues she struggled with throughout her 20s followed by the incredible transformation in her wellbeing resulting from her working with a Nutritional Therapist back in 2005. Completely amazed by the impact that nutrition and lifestyle habits have on a persons wellbeing she set about embarking on a 4 year journey to qualify as a Nutritional Therapist, so she could help other people with their wellbeing for the rest of her working life.
