Linda Curtis - Holistically Happy You

Food is medicine is one of my favourite mantras...

And so with that understanding, my goal is to help you live a healthier happier life through a holistic approach, utilising a plant-based lifestyle and a mind-body approach.

I moved to London in 2013 from my homestate of California, to pursue my Masters in fashion history, however, after a diagnosis of thyroid cancer in 2014, this changed the course of my life's passion.

At this time, I immersed myself into holistic health, wellness and nutrition. I then pursued a coaching certification at the Academy of Healing nutrition and qualified as a certified Holistic Health Coach in 2019. I utilise a plant-based lifestyle, a holistic approach utiilising mindfulness practices, incorporating TCM and Ayurveda in my practice.
