After a full initial consultation to find out your areas of difficulty and access the focus of your sessions
Using these tools:

2) Compassionate mindfulness. You will learn practical self-care & body awareness tools
3) Energy healing/Chakra balancing is given, to restore calm and reset your body and over-active mind.

The benefits of Energetic Healing are many. An opportunity for the body and mind to come into balance, as I work on centering each chakra, You can expect to feel grounded and calm.
Meditation has some wonderful ,now scientifically proven benefits. A decrease in stress hormones , a decrease in heart rate and a slower brain wave pattern means that you are able to experience a slowing down of mind and body. Meditation can give you a new perspective at it heightens awareness and allows both hemispheres of the brain to work effectively. Over time, meditation increases your attention span, improves memory, sleep and reduces physical pain.
