Welcome, I'm known as the De stress therapist.
I worked as a massage therapist at Google (8 years) and assisted many clients with stress management tools. My focus is the mind/body spirit connection within us.
I've been immersed in Holistic Health for 18 years. I feel impassioned to guide you as an online coach/healer and I thrive on the opportunity to help you attain freedom from stress or other issues.
MEDITATION AND Oracle card readings (for clarity &peace)
We begin with a brief consultation to discover an area of focus, for eg: feeling stuck or low energy.
A bespoke guided imagery mediation is chosen for your specific needs (30 -40 mins). I guide you with breath work and meditative sounds to calm your mind. Then, a guided imagery meditation to inspire and calm. The remainder of the hour, an oracle card is chosen to further clarify your question/issue.
The benefits of Meditation are now scientifically documented: A decrease in stress hormones , a decrease in heart rate and a slower brain wave pattern means that you are able to experience a slowing down of mind and body. Meditation can give you a new perspective at it heightens awareness and allows both hemispheres of the brain to work effectively. Over time, meditation increases your attention span, improves memory, sleep and reduces physical pain.
Sessions are 55 minutes in total.
