I worked as a massage therapist at Google (8 years) and assisted many clients with stress management tools. My focus is the mind/body spirit connection within us.
MEDITATION AND Oracle card readings (for clarity &peace)
We begin with a brief consultation to discover an area of focus. next: a bespoke guided imagery mediation is chosen for your specific needs (30 -40 mins).this is includes guide d breath work to calm and balance the metal and physical body. The remainder of the hour, an oracle card spread reveals further clarify your question/issue.
MEDITATION has been proven to decrease in: stress hormones ,heart rate and slower brain wave pattern means that over time, meditation increases attention span, improves memory, and sleep and is proven to reduce physical pain. As well as allowing more creative impulses and heightened awareness states, also known as 'flow state'.
Sessions are 55 minutes in total.
