£ 205 for a course of 3 sessions, 3.5 hours:
1.5 hours - initial consultation- £75

I feel impassioned to guide you as an online coach/ healer, I thrive on the opportunity to help you attain freedom from stress and other issues. On a personal level, I have learnt the lessons from burnout and other challenges, gained deeper insight and continue to learn and study: nutrition, wellness and life coaching.
Although I can not guarantee to cure you of your anxiety completely or end deeply ingrained insomnia. I have a wealth of knowledge and clients report better sleep and lowered anxiety.
I offer tools which may give you life long use. Nutritional support & herbal medicine knowledge goes a long way to make significant changes. With all deeply set patterns, the key to getting back into balance again, is your commitment to embracing change. I offer you my compassion and attention, to overcome obstacles in these challenging times.
The benefits of meditation are now scientifically documented: A decrease in stress hormones, a decrease in heart rate and a slower brain wave pattern means that you are able to experience a slowing down of mind and body. Meditation can give you a new perspective at it heightens awareness and allows both hemispheres of the brain to work effectively. Over time, meditation increases your attention span, improves memory, sleep and reduces physical pain.
Tried and tested Sleep and stress hacks will be offered and the benefits of Energetic Healing are many. An opportunity for the body and mind to come into balance, feel centered and a feeling of calm, can be expected.
