Hypnotherapy has been proved to be very effective for: reducing stress, improving sleep patterns, enhancing performance, motivation, pain control, and so much more.
This is a particular type of hypnotherapy called transforming therapy. It incorporates aspects of Gestalt therapy, person centered therapy, CBT, and focuses on stimulating the inner mind to construct its own solutions for healing creatively.
For most people four sessions are enough, but the treatment differs from one person to another depending on what you wish to achieve.
The first session is dedicated to getting to know each other, setting up goals for our work together and introducing you to hypnosis. In the following sessions we work with what emerges while focusing on the goals and adjusting these goals if necessary.
Sessions can be held remotely.
One session lasts from 1 to 2 hours depending on the work we plan on doing.
