I live in Nottingham, UK with my husband Jon. I'm a keen, if sometimes overenthusiastic gardener, book worm and have a go at painting, crafts and baking.
I'm also a recovering corporate misfit who backed themselves in 2018 to become a Meditation Teacher and Reiki Practitioner.
After finding my main healing points around abandonment and emotional expression and working consistently with my guides and ancestors, I stepped back into my familiar role as a Medicine Woman and a channel for ancient wisdom.
The most amazing side effect is being able to creatively express the parts that I lost.
Finding absolute joy in writing including poetry that comes from the soul and writing a book about my journey.
