Leah Scarborough

Hello, I’m Leah Scarborough, a certified Holistic Counsellor, Soul Plan Practitioner, and Life Coach, based in Sidcup, Kent. I specialise in supporting women who have experienced trauma, childhood trauma, and anxiety disorders. Through my private practice, Young Soul Healing Clinic, I offer a unique blend of traditional talking therapies, energy healing, and spiritual guidance, helping clients break through emotional barriers and rediscover inner strength.

In addition to one-on-one counselling, I provide personalised Soul Plan Readings, which offer deep insights into a person's life purpose, challenges, and talents, helping them gain clarity and direction on their spiritual journey. My approach is intuitive and client-centred, ensuring that every session is tailored to meet individual needs, whether through holistic counselling, hands-on energy work, or life coaching.

With a background in trauma recovery and personal healing, I understand firsthand the challenges of navigating anxiety and emotional struggles. My mission is to empower others to heal, grow, and find peace, using a combination of soul guidance and practical tools to create lasting transformation.
