Burnout / Stress and Sleep issues:
(Course of 3 sessions is recommended)
£ 205 for a course of 3 sessions, 3.5 hours:
1.5 hours - initial consultation- £75
( 55 min - follow up session) - £65
( 55 min - follow up session) - £65
if you choose a package available: this is your follow up session after a full consultation

*nutritional & lifestyle support
Sleep/ de-stress hacks and wellness coaching
a follow up session may include one or 2 of the above practices , depending on your needs
I have learnt the lessons from burnout and other challenges, gained insight and now effective tools . I continue to stay up to date with sleep research.
