What led you to do what you do?
In my 20s I struggled with so many symptoms that held me back from living life to the full such as IBS, severe PMS, headaches, fatigue and depression. I could never get to the root of my issues until I started working with a Nutritional Therapist . My health and wellbeing transformed and I have never looked back. I was so inspired and passionate that I went on to study and train to become a Nutritional Therapist and finally qualified in 2013.
What’s the best thing about doing the work you do?
Hearing about and seeing the amazing shifts my clients experience in their body and mind once they start implementing the advice. I absolutely love helping people to feel better so they can live more.
